Karim Verjee BDS MSc (implant dentistry) DipSed

Karim qualified from the University of Bristol in 1990.

Karim qualified from the University of Bristol in 1990. Since then he has worked in NHS and Private Practices, in Sussex and Surrey. In 1997, he opened Nork Way Dental Practice (in conjunction with Karim Nasser). Since then Karim has completed  a Diploma in Conscious sedation (Guy`s 1998) and an MSc in implant dentistry (Guy`s 2003). He has also attended advanced cosmetic courses including the Larry Rosenthal institute of cosmetic dentistry (New York). In 2007, with Karim Nasser, he took over a Practice in Southfields SW19.

Currently Karim accepts adult patients on a Private basis, and their children on the NHS. Karim is a member of the British Dental Association and the Association  of Dental implantology.

Rita Upadhyay BDS

Dr Rita Upadhyay has been at Nork Way Dental Centre for nearly 8 years.  She has gained experience working at private and NHS practices throughout London.  She qualified from the University of Dundee in 1993.  Dr Upadhyay has developed a keen interest in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry.  She has kept up to date attending numerous dental courses in various topics such as endodontics, tooth whitening and ceramic restorations.

Nikos Palagionnis

Nikos graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2002. After a 1 ½ year spell in Greek Air Force where he served as a Dental Surgeon he moved to London where he works in  both the NHS and private fields.
He has an interest in cosmetic dentistry (composite and porcelain veneers, ZOOM whitening) as well as in implantology. Recently he has completed an intensive implant dentistry postgraduate course in Egypt.

Endodontist

Dr Apostolos St Bozis (ENDO) Dip.D.S MSc (Endodontics)

Apostolos qualified from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1996. He worked in General Practice in the UK for a number of years before completing the two years MSc programme in Endodontics at Guy's Hospital in 2003. Apostolos is currently working on a private bases having restricted his pactice to the field of Endodontics.

Periodontist

Dipali Dalia BDS MSc MclinDent MRD (specialist periodontist)

Dipali qualified from Guy’s King’s and St. Thomas’ Dental Institute in 2000 with honours.  Having completed her vocational training she spent a year as a senior house officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the West Midlands.  She then spent two years as a staff grade in oral surgery at King’s College Hospital, teaching dental students.  Having obtained the MFDS examination in 2003, she commenced specialist training in periodontology in 2004 at King’s College London Dental Institute.  In 2006 she obtained her MSc in Periodontology with distinction.  She has just completed her specialist training by passing the Master of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontology (with distinction) and obtained Membership of Restorative Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons, and is now on the General Dental Council’s specialist register.

Dipali works as a periodontist in many practices across the south east and is hoping to continue teaching dental undergraduates at King’s College London Dental Institute.
